How long does delivery take?
We aim to get your naughty order to you within 3-5 working days.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Unfortunately we only deliver to addresses within the UK.

Who will deliver my order?
We use Royal Mail courier service to deliver your order.

Do I have to pay extra for postage and packaging?
No, postage costs are included and our delivery is free.

Can I nominate a delivery time?
Unfortunately no, delivery times are in the hands of our courier company and specific delivery slots are not available.

Can I order any of your food products from this website?
Unfortunately not, our products can only be bought in stores.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy on all returns, we must have received the return within 30 days from the date you completed the purchase.

How do I make a return?

Make sure you include:

• What you’re ordering
• The reason for the return
• Enough packaging to keep the item safe on its way back to us

Once we have inspected your returned items and we’re happy that they are as they were when delivered to you, we will reimburse the cost of the goods and contact you with proof of this. Unfortunately we cannot pay for your return of the goods.
